Instrument & Control Systems Engineer
Area and control system engineer of Ammonia and Natural Gas compression station. I manage a team of 07 permanent and 04 contract technicians and report to Section In-charge Instrument Unit.
As I&C Engineer responsible for commissioning of new projects, Maintenance, Reliability & improvement, troubleshooting and rectification of faults in instruments and instrumentation systems. Thorough understanding and experience of Project Management. Commissioning of different projects have strengthened my skills in preparing RFQ documents and BOM, reviewing vendor proposals, chalking out project bar graphs and milestones, conducting FAT/SAT and punch list closure. Well trained in finalizing project contract document with payment milestones and warranty terms.
Assignment as Lead Maintenance Engineer has sharpened my planning, analyzing, troubleshooting and managerial skills. Prepares PMP and performs Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective and breakdown maintenance. As maintenance engineer participated and lead teams in many Plant Turnarounds and shutdowns. Preparation of Job Packages, Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and effective management of teams and resources are the ingredients of successful execution of my jobs.
